Comfort Inn & Suites

Rooms were clean, spacious and quiet. Pool, hot tub and sauna were perfect temperatures, beautiful design and quality comfort. We tried several hotels in the area and this one has taken first place. Located right by the metro, within walking distance of Walmart and other conveniences. Breakfast was decent, typical of a hotel.

Very comfy stay, wonderful pools (2!) and sauna for a night after a long cycle from Montreal Not charming but it seems Saint-Jerome doesn't do charming hotels or B&B (like Auberge du Monde in Nominingue!)

Its not a fancy hotel but we enjoyed the pool, jacuzzi, sauna, staff. They gave us 3 more hours to check-out so we could enjoy the pool one more time. At night my girls and I enjoyed a good movie from the available channels and ordered food from a neaeby restaurant. Then morning breakfast was very good. No complains!

The best hotel I could say I have ever been too! The room was very clean and spotless! The Wi-Fi is soo fast! The air conditioning in the room was amazing! The only one thing we didn't like is that there wasn't that many TV Channel options! They should have more and maybe add YouTube or Netflix that would be amazing! We live in Ontario and came to Quebec for 2nd Time and the hotel literally made our whole day the best! I loved how they have a swimming pool very crazy + an hot tub just wow! I recommend the hotel if your in or around Saint Jerome! Marvellous

My daughter and I had a great experience, the staff are wonderful, very professional and on point with anything you might need. Rooms are clean and comfortable with excellent room service. Everything else is just as great from breakfast in the morning, access to swimming pool etc....5 stars *

Good stay. Pool area is great. Clean rooms. The front desk ladies were lovely and our last night there my daughter got very sick, I went down to reception at 3 am seeing if by chance they had a banana I could have- the gentleman working was so kind and gave a little bag with some snacks for her (thank you again! This saved us!) but, upon checking out we had the oddest encounter. The man checking us out immediately and bluntly says ‘you have a cat’. I’m laughing, confused, I say ‘nope, no cat?’ And he continues insisting we have a cat? A LIVE CAT! I finally say ‘you’re not joking?’ Wondering how this can even be a joke? He says ‘no, and I have a witness, we both heard the cat’. It was SO strange. We had breakfast there about 20 mins prior and my youngest was on tik tok and while he is accusing us of this, she tells me she watched a cat video-I explain to him and got nothing. He clearly didn’t believe us that it was a tik tok video. Just looked blankly at me- I was like ‘okay, that’s it? We’re checked out?’ No ‘thanks for staying with us, how was your stay?’ Absolutely nothing but ‘you had a cat with you at breakfast this morning’ So awkward and SO unfriendly. I’m still utterly shocked.

About 45 minutes to downtown Montreal but still a good place. located right next to Tim Horton and a gas station and several fine dining steak bars. Rooms were clean and tidy, having free warm breakfast was a nice perk especially when you have little munchkins. Hotel also has an indoor and outdoor pool, sauna, spa and a gym.

​Loved our stay here for the Petit Train Du Nord Marathon! The rooms and service were great—really a superb experience all around. However, I have to be honest: the food court coffee was... something else. Whatever was in that carafe definitely didn't qualify as coffee. I mean, for the prices you pay during race weekend, you'd expect a decent cup of joe. It was the only downside to an otherwise awesome weekend!

We had a problem on the front desk because the page we reserved online wasn't able to sent our payment information correctly. One of the staff personnel was a little rude with my friend due to that situation. From our understanding, it happens a lot, so, no need to be mad at the client, just explain the situation in a good manner, and offer solutions without "but this" "but that" "you don't want to pay?" and other sentences that don't help to fix the problem. Besides that, we enjoyed our stay.

Had a comfortable stay. Rooms were fine, basic Comfort Inn style, and everything was clean. Staff were very nice. A bit pricey for what you get. Would stay here again though.
